Development and construction holding, which occupies a leading position in residential construction in Kyiv, is looking for the Director of Marketing.

Purpose of the position: Development of the company’s market position in the field of construction and development, development of new promising types of services for the Client, new markets. Creation and promotion of the product on the market. Strategic marketing planning for company development and brand promotion.
Forecasting market development and recommendations for optimizing the company. Ensuring fulfillment of revenue plans and increasing profits.

Main functional duties:
Development of a marketing strategy based on the mission and positioning of the company. Participation in the formation of the image of the company.
Management and coordination of the team (up to 10 people in direct submission), as well as contractors, advertising agencies, etc. Tracking \ adjusting the standards and algorithms of the marketing department.
Analysis and monitoring, marketing research of the market of services provided for the Client and the company’s market position in the field of construction and development.
Effective collaboration with the commercial department to achieve the goals of the company. Developing plans to promote services for the client and the company’s brand. Development of a loyalty program for customers.
Development of recommendations and measures in the field of marketing and advertising policy for the promotion of services for the Client and the development of the brand. Development of recommendations on the formation of the range of services for the Client.
Participation in the development of pricing policy of the company.
Preparation and organization of the company’s participation in specialized exhibitions, conferences, festivals.
Develop and implement an internet marketing plan.
Participation in the creation and support of a unified information system of the company.

Necessary experience, knowledge and skills:
Specialized economic education (management, marketing), additional business education is encouraged
Experience in marketing for at least 5 years, at senior positions for at least 3 years. Experience in conducting effective marketing and promotional activities.
Knowledge of marketing research technology, market forecasting and methodology for promoting services for the client and brand development
Experience in developing business plans, pricing policy of the company.
Skills of working with advertising agencies.
Knowledge of best practices, new methods and approaches to solving problems.
Personal characteristics: involvement, independence in decision-making, ambition, focus on results, rationality and pragmatism.
