A large international company (the main type of activity is international transportation) announces a vacancy competition for the HR Director, subordinate to 3 professional HR.
Successful experience of 2 years in a similar position;
The experience of closing mid-level vacancies, mass selection;
Excellent knowledge of the hiring process and knowledge of the legal framework;
Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, initiative, creativity, activity;
Organizational skills, time planning skills and high personal responsibility;
Knowledge of English and Russian – spoken and written.
Organization and conduct of search and selection of personnel in Ukraine;
Ensuring the smooth operation of the office, the control of subordinates (HR-managers);
Organization, coordination and control of administrative and procedural tasks related to the selection of personnel;
Analysis of customer needs, assistance in finding the most effective solutions for the search and selection of personnel;
Support for trusting, long-term relationships with customers, partners and candidates;
Implement a marketing plan.
