Growing and innovative IT company, has an immediate need for a Technical Support Engineer Required.

Requirements
Fluent English, both verbal and written, since you will be closely cooperating with our foreign customers
IT education
At least 3+ years of experience on a similar position (application support in a software development company)
Our product is mostly based on Microsoft solutions, so we need a specialist with demonstrated Windows desktop OS troubleshooting skills and MS Outlook knowledge
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation

Will Be a Plus
Cloud services support experience
Understanding of CRM / ERP / Business applications
Experience in technical documents writing (in English)
Basic XML knowledge
Knowledge of JavaScript

Responsibilities
Providing the 2nd line of technical support for the company’s software products
Direct collaboration with the company’s technology partners and customers from the US and EU
Documentation of support tickets in the company’s knowledge base
